F/27/5'5" [205lbs > 160lbs = 45lbs](13 months) Face gains! I don't have to worry about having a double chin in photos now. Just 10lbs away from having a healthy BMI. I'm the lightest I've been in my adult life. I'm sort of at a plateau right now, it's good to remind myself of the progress I've made.
