[FO4] I am not a good artist nor do I have perfect handwriting but I intend on creating mods for Fallout and maybe Skyrim one day, but as of now this is just concept art of an outfit I want done by any modder who's skilled with creating outfits. Also if you do create this please port it over to Xbox
