Found an old photo today and I'm shocked at how different I look now... I see myself every day and it's really hard to spot the difference unless I have a photo... height 5'9 176cm. (L)Before around 253lbs, (R)after 201lbs... My GW is somewhere around 170 so I still have a long way to go :)
