It's been almost 20 days and still I can't find this piece. No seller ships to my country and the kitchenaid customer service here sucks. I can't even find a replacement bowl that isn't ceramic. Is there a shortage? Is my kitchenaid artisan design, 5qts, too old to get replacement parts of it?
