Samsung Galaxy S10 comes with Samsung DeX inbuilt and it's awesome like a chromebook. Simply plug in the USB-C into a monitor or TV and you can watch 4K if your TV supports it or use it as a chromebook like I am doing with a wireless mouse and keyboard.
