Philip Manshaus tried to commit a massacre after entering a mosque in Norway last year. He was tackled and apprehended by a 65-year-old Mohammed Rafique and held down until the police came. Today he's been sentenced to 21 years in prison for killing his step-sister and opening fire at a mosque.
