The lef is me in 2013 (45kg), and the left is 2020 (60kg). You may not be able to really see the difference, but I can feel it. I even have a little bit of a tummy for the first time in my life! I still have a long way to go to my goal, but not to be embarrased by my skinny, tiny arms is huge to me!
