This blue subpixel on my LCD monitor is always on. On black, it looks like a pixel that is stuck with blue, but the red and green subpixels still work. Because of that, it's invisible on white, but it's still a bit dark/dim when displaying pure blue. Is it actually a stuck pixel? Can it be fixed?
